This lot was fermented in-cherry for 70 hours. Then washed and fermented for 70 more in tanks!
This extra fruity but super clean flavor profile features Pink grapefruit, sweet strawberry and tepache (that’s extra ripe pineapple!)

TASTING NOTES:
Milk chocolate, red fruit, orange
We’re tasting sweet notes of hazelnut, as well as a delicate apple-like acidity and chamomile tea. This coffee is a crowd-pleaser, sure to be an every-day sipper in any home.
All the florals you come to expect from a Gesha plus dynamic acidity and a milk chocolate finish... could we ask for more? Probably not.
We taste: jasmine, apricot, milk chocolate
This coffee has us dreaming about a picnic on an island. Black tea, blackberry jam and tropical fruit like pineapple.
