FINAL FRIDAY CUPPING
Join us to cup our current lineup of coffees once per month at the Roasterie! Every last Friday of the month from 10am to 12pm we host an open cupping where we’ll taste and enjoy a full offering of coffee. Cupping experience is great to have, but not required!

DRC Athletic Club Cafe Ride
Cafe rides are back! This year we’re rolling down south at Trailhead Coffee. Long time friends and wholesale partners of ours have agreed to host as we enjoy some beautiful Kentucky miles.
The first ride will be around 15 miles in length. This ride will be what we like to call “coffee pace” but riders are encouraged to bring friends of similar bike fitness levels in order to form their own pace groups. Keep up with the group, or ride at your own pace. We’ll regroup at the top of Devou Park, and at the bottom of the Bromley Crescent Springs Road descent before heading back to Newport.
Arrive early for coffee at Trailhead at 8:30am before heading out at 9am.
This group ride will be on public roads, helmets are required for all riders.

FARM TO CUP
Our Farm to Cup class is a deep dive into the variables that impact the character and quality of the coffees we offer at Deeper Roots. While exploring the many factors and circumstances that influence a coffee’s cup profile, some intrinsic and others extrinsic, you will be able to taste the representation of those factors in real time by sampling a selection of our current offerings.

Join us for a curated cupping of our coffees! This is an in-depth and guided cupping with a member of the team from Deeper Roots. We'll choose coffees to taste of different varieties, processes and origins while we discuss and learn about what connects them while maintaining their unique qualities.

A NEW class series from Deeper Roots featuring three separate sessions that build upon the last. You'll learn to taste different coffee blend components at our Alchemy Curated Cupping, then learn the theory behind extraction and espresso brewing at Intro to Espresso, and finally finish it off with a Milk Steaming and Latte Art course.
