SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Production Associate will be responsible for keeping output on the production floor moving in an efficient manner. Assisting the Production Team, they are responsible for order fulfillment order accuracy, keg production, maintaining a clean workspace, and attending to room needs: stocking inventory, prepping materials, and receiving shipments. The Production Associate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain focus and energy in a fast paced, changing environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfill daily customer orders

  • Lead in bag fulfillment and keep efficient workflow

  • Kegged cold coffee and tea production

  • Cleaning and storage of keg room

  • Tracking and inventory of keg supplies

  • Stock inventoried items

  • Assist in receiving large shipments

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Keep production areas clean and organized

  • Coordinate ongoing frac pack orders

  • Facilities maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

  • Organized

  • Focus on customer needs and predict possible outages

  • Work well in a team environment

  • Adaptability

  • Clear communication both written and oral

  • Must be able to lift 50-75lbs

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • Current applicants must be available M, T, TH, from 8:30am – 5pm.

  • 24-32 hours / week with opportunity for growth.

COMPENSATION:

  • $18/hr
