NOW HIRING: AM Delivery driver & production support

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The AM Delivery Driver will be responsible for daily deliveries pastries and other needed items to our DRC retail cafes, aid in organization of warehouse space, and assist the production team in morning tasks. Delivery to our shops will occur prior to our cafes opening, so scheduled hours are firm, shift starts at 5am. This individual will assist in daily deliveries to our cafes and any additional production support needed for either the shops or roasting facility.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete early AM daily pastry deliveries to shops

  • Deliver and/or pick up additional items as necessary for the cafes

  • Complete delivery route within a timely manner

  • Load and unload delivery vans

  • Unload and clean up after deliveries

  • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse space

  • Assist in daily prep for roasting production team

  • Assist in accepting and receiving shipments

  • Clean and maintain delivery vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Organized

  • Work well in a team environment

  • Clear communicator both written and verbal

  • Must be able to lift 50-75lbs

  • Forklift certification or experience a plus!

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • Firm schedule, Monday–Friday 1am – 5pm; 40 hours / week

COMPENSATION:

  • $20/hr plus full time benefits
