The Manual Brew Methods class is an exploration brewing methods outside of espresso and batch brew. We will discuss and taste how brewing variables like grind size, brewing ratio, water temperature, & more can impact our coffee and teach you best practices for dialing in your coffee beyond espresso.

We will go over brew methods such as Chemex, v60, frenchpress, aeropress, and flash brew iced coffee.
