DRC Cupping Form

When evaluating coffees, our team uses the Specialty Coffee Association’s cupping form for more formal note taking and scoring. Our team has created a pared down version of the SCA form that eliminates scoring and allows the taster to focus only on the sensory attributes of the samples they are tasting.
