DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

We do our best to support as many organizations and events as possible, but submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
Donations are limited to one per organization per calendar year.
We prioritize requests from Greater Cincinnati nonprofits and community organizations.

Requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks before your event or needed date. Last-minute requests may not be fulfilled.

A valld 501(c)(3) tax-exempt number is required with each submission.
Donations are available for pick-up at our café locations or roastery We do not ship donations at this time.

Donated items may include brewed coffee, whole bean coffee, gift cards, or branded merchandise. We reserve the right to determine the specific product(s) based on availability & necessity.
