The Hario V60 is a staple here at Deeper Roots. This brew method brews a single cup (up to 500 mL) of coffee at a time and displays cup clarity and all the nuances of our coffees in a brilliant way. We often use this method to evaluate how our production roasts are going to taste in the shop setting since it's the most widely used single cup method. We also love this method just for brewing a quick cup in the morning.
