Produced by Mario Ulises Aguilar at the farm, “Las Piedritas” (“The Little Stones”), this washed, single cultivar lot comes from a lesser-known growing region of Chalatenango. Our friends at Cafe Imports pulled together a cupping team of roasters and producers to compile a Top Ten list from over 250 submitted coffees to ultimately be purchased at auction. This coffee from Mario Aguilar placed 10th overall, and Braydon’s third favorite.
